Hmmm, kind of. You will meet with our designer and there are hundreds of options for you to select and no cost for fit and finish. You can also upgrade some features at a cost. You can not modify the basic footprint or design of a unit.

Yes, due to options and upgrades each unit ultimately carries a different price. Standard pricing discloses the features in that unit for pricing examples.
Once your design is completed you will be given a final costing of the ADU you have selected.
We do offer 100% financing, but there is a $2,500 deposit that is non-refundable when you engage in the design Process. We employ many individuals that will guide you along. Designers, municipality assistance, site prep analysis and delivery logistics.
No problem, we will ask that you place the monies in a trust account prior to construction beginning. It will be drawn down. 100% Materials upon order. 100% labor on day one of start of construction. Final draw upon Delivery.
Yes, we have 2 mobile units that we move locations for home shows and events. We can tell you where they are scheduled to be or you can tour all our models virtually.
Yes, we can build a home on your existing property. We will work with you to determine the best location and design for your new home.
We have 3 general Platform Sizes,but offer and almost unlimited number of floor plan arrangements. These are the basis for all the Units.
All units will be comprised of base units with a combination of dimensions of
10’ x 10’
10’ x 20’
10’ x 30’
This standardization of sizing provides the perfect delivery size and maximizes each unit
Options are endless.
Building with an Ecto-skelton allows us multiple options in final fit and finish of the interior and exterior.
You may mix and match to achieve the final look you desire.
All of our ADU's come with a Full Kitchen, Bathroom with Shower (tub available) Heating and Air Conditioning.
All of our ADU's are designed to be free standing self contained Housing. If you are locating your ADU on land that is Public Utility Serviced we will provide the appropriate service connection as required by your Utility Provider.
All units can be built to be 100% Self Containable. Each unit would come with Solar, Self Composting Toilets, Water Storage Systems with pumps. It is also possible to complete your unit with a split System featuring a combination of Self Sustainable and Public Utility.
All of our ADU's use Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s). Using the same construction principles found in High Rise steel I-beam Construction, making them two to three times stronger than today’s stick built homes. The foam core and the two skins form an I-beam matrix that is extremely strong and lightweight. Unique tongue and groove joints lock the entire house together, making it a structural system rather than separate wall sections.
We can help you find land or we have landowner partners that you can rent long term from and place your ADU on their land. Remember you own the Home.
You are in luck. We have both investors that will buy a home for you and Landowners that will let you place a unit on their land. You pay a one time monthly fee to cover both parties. The good news in approximately 5 years or less, you will own your ADU outright and only pay for space rent.
Once you have completed the design process we will order all the products for your home. It generally takes 3-5 weeks to assemble all the materials. Actual construction in 5 days and 3-4 days for delivery and placement.
We complete the suitability and feasibility study to determine highest and best use of your property.
Every municipality has different rules, codes and permits required.
BUT……. Universally at this time there is acceptance and quick approval for self contained, built off site and delivered completed to a site that requires minimum preparation to accept an ADU.
ADU allowances are becoming more acceptable and are receiving favorable treatment for approval.
Your ADU will be built in our production facility in Henderson Nevada. This allows for the highest quality control and uniformity in our product.
The fit and finish of the final product exceeds that of site-built homes.
For off grid and limited access locations there is less disruption.
Your Completed ADU will be delivered and set via a “roll-back” trailer.
This allows us the greatest access to your property with the least intrusion to your existing property.
Depending on municipal codes there may be some groundwork or site preparation required before delivery but generally one day delivery to operational function is our goal.
Yes we are always looking at venture Partners. We have opportunities in individual unit financing, acquisition of land for units and villages. As well as speculative growth into new markets.
Think of an ADU as similar to renting out a bedroom in your home. But one that has a kitchenette and bathroom. Plus no roommates, no shared spaces and total privacy. In addition if your property has added benefits and amenities you are willing to offer to a tenant that may add to the value. If you search many of the Apps on-line you should be able to gauge approximately the value of such a rental. You should be able to charge a small percentage above that. If you are unsure one of our buyer liaisons will be able to help you figure the value in your community.

We primarily build homes in ADUNV and the surrounding areas, but we are open to building in other locations depending on the size and scope of the project.
The time it takes to build a home depends on the size and complexity of the project. On average, it takes between 6 to 12 months to build a home.
